Articles Of Agrement

I. THE PREAMBLE

By dropping anchor at The School of Piracy (the "Website") or consuming our visual logs and shanties on YouTube, ye (the "Crew Member" or "User") agree to be bound by these Articles of Agreement. These are the laws of our ship. If ye find these terms too harsh for your constitution, or if ye refuse to sign the log, ye must depart these waters immediately.

II. THE CAPTAIN’S BOOTY (Intellectual Property)

Know this well: All treasures found herein—including but not limited to videos, motion pictures, musical compositions, sea shanties, written logs, maps, and the "School of Piracy" mark—are the exclusive property of The Captain (the Site Owner).

No Plundering: Ye may watch, listen, and enjoy our bounty for your own personal entertainment. Ye shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or claim our work as your own. To do so is an act of piracy (the bad kind) and will be met with the full force of the law.

The Black Flag: Our logo and trade dress are sacred. Hoisting our colors to deceive others or sell your own wares is strictly forbidden.

III. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (User Conduct)

We run a tight ship. When ye sail in our comments sections, Discord channels, or social ports:

No Mutiny: Harassment, hate speech, threats, or scurrilous insults against the Captain or fellow Crew Members will see you thrown in the brig.

No Contraband: Posting links to malware, viruses, or illegal goods is prohibited.

The Captain’s Word is Law: We reserve the right to banish any scallywag who disrupts the peace, without warning or parley.

IV. THIRD-PARTY PORTS (External Links)

Our logs may contain maps (links) leading to other vessels or ports (third-party websites), such as YouTube or merchant ships. We do not command those vessels. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or wares found in those foreign waters. Sail there at your own risk.

V. STORMS AND KRAKENS (Limitation of Liability)

The seas are unpredictable. The School of Piracy provides all content "as is," with no warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that our maps are free of errors.

We are not liable if our digital shanties get stuck in your head.

We are not responsible for any damage to your ship (device) resulting from your voyage here.

VI. AMENDMENTS TO THE CODE

The Captain reserves the right to alter these Articles at any time, as the tides change. It is your duty to check the logbook regularly. Continued sailing with us after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new rules. VII. PARLEY (Contact)
